Yet again Norham has been hosting pupils from our primary schools in a range of masterclasses.  Norham is committed to helping those high ability pupils in the area make even more progress. Maths again started the cademic year off with 15 pupils taking part in a range of different activities throught September and October.  A different group of pupils then embarked on a culinary journey whilst getting to know how to use knives and other equipment and also gaining some amazing skills and techniques along the way in our Food Technology Department. The last group before Easter had an amazing five weeks in Science testing lots of chemicals for reactions, getting to use the Bunsen Burners and seeing some WOW factor experiments from our staff

All pupils have had a fantastic time and the staff at Norham have had nothing but positive things to say about all the Year 5 pupils who have taken part. They have been enthusiastic, well mannered and very engaged.

Well done and thanks you to Collingwood, New York, Percy Main, Riverside and Waterville for allowing your pupils to take part and hopefully progress further.
